Aftercare Responsibility

Using oil-based products, rubbing the eyes, sleeping directly on lashes, excessive moisture exposure, improper cleansing, or picking at extensions may shorten the life of the lash set.
Payments, Deposits, and Fees

If deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other charges apply, they will be communicated during booking or through Lash Coven Studio’s posted policies.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the remaining time available. Full service results may not be possible when appointment time is reduced due to late arrival.

Lash Coven Studio may ask permission to take photos or videos of completed lash work for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing use. Client photos will only be used with permission.
